Nail color and medical conditions are a concern growing rapidly everywhere across the globe. There is a great lack of knowledge in the beginning stages of a nail fungus because discoloration occurs at a slow rate which people rarely get the notion it may be a fungus and not just a sign to buy better-looking shoes and gloves. The faster you treat it, the better.
This may be your first time hearing that nail discoloration are fungal signs. If this is you, there’s no need to worry. Around 1 out of every 10 people suffer from this same problem. However, that same 1 out of 10 people has yet to become as fortunate as you are today to view this. One thing to realize about your nail color and medical conditions is the fact that you have the ability to change it now. Though it can be increasingly tiresome with home remedies and so on, you have already taken the first step towards curing it. At the start of the fungus, the nail or nails may become yellow, turn brown, and even black over time. It occurs mainly in toenails and here are steps you can take now to cure it faster.
1. Soak in Salt Water
It was suggested to me a while back by a doctor to soak my feet in saltwater for about 30 minutes a day. Whether it’s ocean water or saltwater you create, this will highly speed up the remedy process. Additional information on this below.
2. Let Your Feet Breathe
Another great thing to do would be to let your feet breathe often. Many fungi occur in moist dark areas like your toenails. Letting them breathe can be a great way to speed up the curing of the nail. Fungi don’t like the air just as much as you don’t like the fungi.
Other Home Remedies
Home remedies range from bleach, Vics, vinegar, to Listerine. Now depending on the severity of your case, I would recommend doing more research because different remedies work differently for different people.
There are many cases where one remedy works better for another person, and another remedy caused additional problems for someone else. All nail color and medical conditions differ from one another.
